great workout and very personal staff
Ilovekickboxing has changed my life. I was very nervous when i first signed up, i had absolutely no experience and wasn't the least bit fit. After my first class i felt amazing and signed up for a year and it has been the best decision of my life. The instructors are awesome, friendly, caring, helpful and so much fun. I've met so many great people as well. I definitely wouldn't be where I'm at if it weren't for ILKB and i am forever grateful. if you're looking for a new fun way to lose some weight or even tone up, then look no further because this place is the best.

Amazing Workout!
When I had stopped making progress using my own workout, I began looking for something to mix things up and decided to try iLoveKickboxing through an online special. My first class was amazing! An instructor sat with me for 30 minutes before the class started to get to know me, including what my fitness goals were. During the first class, an instructor stayed with me the whole time to make sure I was learning the correct techniques to get the most out of my workout. I was hooked and signed up for a membership right after! The classes are amazing. Each one is a different, works your entire body, and challenges you to get to the next level. The instructors are one of a kind. They are full of energy, make each class fun, and truly care about your progress. They continue to push you past what you thought your limits were to make sure you continue to get better each time you walk through the door. I have never been a part of a gym that was so fun and empowering. I have been with iLoveKickboxing for almost six months now and I have never felt stronger. If you are looking for a fun workout with real results, iLoveKickboxing is the place to go!

Joining was one of my best decisions! I have never been happier working out, and I have been doing the hardest workouts I've ever done. The classes are challenging, but so much fun! The instructors are so helpful!

Everyone should join
ilovekickboxing.com is the best workout place that I have ever been to and I love it soo much! We always have a great time there and everyone is so nice. I can't wait to go back tomorrow!
